'Wine, Women & Shoes' raises more than $80K for Make-A-Wish

CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- Imagine a day when guys pamper the ladies while they shop and sip wine. Hundreds of ladies here in the Valley had their wishes come true.

The "shoe guys" are local volunteers who spent Sunday afternoon serving women at "Wine, Women & Shoes" -- a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Central California. About 350 attendees also enjoyed shopping and a fashion show.

The event raised more than $80,000 which will help Make-A-Wish Central California fulfill the wishes of seriously ill children in the Valley.
