Avenal's Jose Ramirez wins bout in China, improves to 15-0

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Valley's own Jose Ramirez extended his perfect record Saturday morning with a technical knockout over in China.

Ramirez finished off the experienced Ryusei Yoshida with a flurry of punches to close out the second round. The Japanese veteran with 27 wins to his record couldn't make it back into the ring for the third.

Avenal's favorite lightweight is now 15-0 with his 16th pro bout scheduled for September in the Valley.
