Buchanan Wrestling Ends Clovis' Amazing Streak

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- In a battle of the top two wrestling programs in the state and two of the top eight in the country, #1 Buchanan beat #2 Clovis 32-27 to snap the Cougars 91-match in-state winning streak. The Cougars are still 5-time defending state champions.

Bears are led by Troy Tirapelle who went up against brother Adam & dad Steve Tirapelle who's been on the Clovis' side for a long time.
