Bulldogs play with urgency in win over Nevada
Fresno State defeats Nevada, 85-63

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno State's focus leading into Wednesday night's Mountain West contest against Nevada was play with a sense of urgency. Mission accomplished. Coming off a home loss to New Mexico on Saturday night, the Bulldogs rebounded with a 85-63 win over Nevada on Wednesday night. The Bulldogs jumped out to a 12-0 lead right out of the gates, led by 17 at halftime and cruised to a 85-63 win.

"I thought guys played with urgency and that's the thing that we are really trying to emphasize to our guys right now. This time of the year of you have to play with urgency on every possession. I thought we set the tone with that from the very beginning," said Bulldogs head coach Rodney Terry.

Fresno State improves to 11-5 overall, 2-1 in Mountain West play. The Bulldogs will travel to Boise on Saturday to take on the defending conference champion Boise State Broncos, tip-off at 3:00 p.m. PT.
