One person killed in Fresno County crash

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) says one person was killed after two cars collided at Marks and Adams, near American Union Elementary School in Fresno County.

Two people were pinned in one of the vehicles, CHP said. A total of seven people were involved in the crash. One of those people died at the scene and six others suffered injuries.

Roads in the area may be closed as the CHP investigate the incident.

At this time it is unknown what led to the the crash.
