Here's someone who knows how to get the biggest bang for their airline mile buck.

Sam Huang is a travel expert who pays for his global voyages using miles and points earned from his credit cards. Huang recently flew from Sydney, Australia to the Maldives in Ethiad Airways' luxurious First Apartment and Residence accommodations, which features personal a bedroom, shower room and living room all aboard the plane. Tickets cost around $24,000. Huang paid $104 along with airline miles.

Huang said his passion for travel started when he went to China for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. After that trip, Huang traveled to over 60 countries using his air miles and points.

"Just about every dollar I spend comes back to me in the form of earned rewards," Huang wrote on his website. "This year alone, I am projected to fly over 100,000 miles, mostly through award redemptions."

When he isn't too busy traveling the globe, Huang manages a startup and also provides tips and advice to other travelers on travel rewards.
