Vehicle theft on the rise in Kerman

KERMAN, Calif. (KFSN) -- A total of 10 vehicle thefts have been reported in the last 20 days in Kerman.

It appears that the stolen vehicles are selected at random but several of them were 1990's models.

Officials do not know if any of the cases are connected at this time.

The Kerman Police Department is now offering steering wheel locks for free.
