Teen undergoing surgery after being shot in the stomach in Orosi drive-by shooting

OROSI, Calif. (KFSN) -- The teenager has been taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

Neighbors say he was walking when a car pulled up and started firing earlier Monday evening.

The 15-year-old managed to run a short distance before collapsing.

Deputies found several shell casings but other than that, no real suspect description. They say the victim is not cooperating and believe this shooting was gang-related.

The teenager is undergoing surgery after being shot multiple times in his chest and leg.
