Gang members arrested after waving gun while drunk

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police arrested three gang members from Parlier Friday afternoon after someone spotted one of them pointing a gun at Bullard High School while driving by.

Police arrested the driver Nathan Hernandez and his two passengers, Samuel Alvarez and Vincent Alvarez, after someone reported the incident. Police say the men were drinking prior to the incident.

They say Hernandez pointed the gun at the school.

Police found and stopped the car soon after the incident and found a loaded gun and a live cartridge inside.
