Some customers say they were offended, even enraged, by a photo used in the decor a restaurant called Joe's Crab Shack.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- In Minneapolis, some customers say they were offended, even enraged, by a photo used in the decor of a restaurant called Joe's Crab Shack.

As part of the table display, an historic photo shows the hanging of black man for robbery and murder in 1895.

That man is surrounded by a crowd of white people.

There's also a word bubble above the man being lynched that reads: "All I said was I didn't like the gumbo!"

Tyrone Williams is one of the upset customers. He says, "We just felt sick and confused. It was just sickening, it was disgusting."

Joe's Crab Shack released a statement apologizing, saying they understand the photo is offensive, that they take this matter very seriously and have since removed that photo.
