Temperatures this morning are fairly mild thanks to a lot of extra cloud cover. We are waking up to temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. Compared to this time yesterday it is a big difference around 5-10 degrees warmer. Wind speeds are a bit breezy in a few spots this afternoon and will pick up to 15 mph at times through the day today. We will be in an out of the cloud cover this afternoon with some periods of sunshine. We will reach a high of 88 this afternoon which is right where we should be for this time of year. Climate prediction center does believe that most of California will see above average temperatures for the month of June. By the time we head in to Wednesday we will make it back in to the triple digits but it will be short lived. By the time we reach Friday we will only make it to a high of 92 with a slight chance of a few pop up showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. The weekend will be even milder with high temperatures in the mid-80s Saturday and low 80s for Sunday.
