Dying Fresno mans final wish is to find his dog a good home
Fresno man who is dying of cancer is asking for help finding his dog a good home.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man battling cancer is trying to find a loving home for his dog.

Mona Ahmed said she has been taking care of an elderly man named Harold.

Harold has a little girl named Rowdy, however, he recently was hospitalized and is battling cancer. Ahmed said cancer has spread to his liver and lungs and he can no longer take care of Rowdy.

Harold turned to Ahmed for help and she has made it her mission to fulfill Harold's dying wish to find Rowdy a loving family to take care of her.

Ahmed made a post on social media which has been shared over 13,000 times.

Rowdy is 10-years-old and loves people and other dogs. She enjoys playing at the dog park.

Ahmed explained she wants to find Rowdy a family in the valley that way there is not too much loss and change in her life.
