Man dead after losing control of vehicle, crashes into home

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KFSN) -- The accident happened in Porterville near Doyle and Roby Avenues.

Highway patrol officers say the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected during the collision.

27-Year-old Marison Osegueda was also in the car during the accident.

She was wearing a seat belt and is now in the hospital with moderate injuries.

The driver of the vehicle has not yet been identified.

It is not clear what made him lose control of his vehicle but officers say alcohol is believed to be a possible factor in the crash.
