FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two men are facing charges for shooting down power lines. Fresno police arrested brothers Tommy Bualia and Somachai Bualia.

Investigators say both men are gang members. One of them is on active felony probation. That allowed officers to automatically search the property one block north of the downed lines at Olive and 5th Street in Central Fresno.

Police found shell casings they say were in line with someone shooting down the power lines. A 22-caliber rifle was also seized by gang officers.
