Black Labrador mix found tied up and left to die in Tulare County

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies are looking for the person who tied up a young dog and left it to die.

Deputies found the Black Labrador mix at an abandoned home in Poplar near Olive Street and Road 176.

The 6-month old dog had visible injuries to its neck.

Investigators are now asking for the public's help in finding the owner of the dog.

The person who tied up and abandoned the dog could face animal cruelty charges.
