FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Madera police are investigating a car crash that caused major damage to a well-known burger and ice cream shop. Photos provided by the police department show the mess left behind at the Sno-White Drive In on Yosemite Avenue near Lake Street.

Officers say that's where two cars collided early Saturday morning. One of the vehicles knocked down a light pole, and the other went through the front window of the restaurant. Fortunately, it was closed at the time, so no customers or employees were hurt.

There's no word yet on any injuries to the people in the cars, and the cause of the crash is still unknown.
