Yogurtland raising money for Valley Children's Hospital

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The warm weather is here, and there's no better way to cool off than with a cool treat.

Now a local frozen yogurt shop is teaming up with Valley Children's Hospital to help you cool down and help kids.

Yogurtland in River Park is hosting the event. For any donation, your name can be added to their wall. Right now, the Fresno store is leading the West Coast Yogurtland stores for donations. They say they've seen an outpouring of support from the community.

"This event is not just or the community but its also for our store. It brought us closer together learning what we're doing and why we're doing it," said Ajay Hira, Yogurtland Fresno.

The Yogurtland fundraiser is going on now until July 5th. You can make a donation of any kind at the store. All of the proceeds will benefit Valley Children's Hospital.
