Nazzaroff was one of two people who died in Saturday's crash that happened on a rural road in Kerman.
The California Highway Patrol says five teens were in an SUV Saturday night when the driver of the vehicle lost control.
Two of the backseat passengers, including Nazzaroff, were ejected.
19 year old Melina Sandoval of Madera also died at the scene.
Police say the 17 year driver was speeding, and all of the teens had been drinking.
