Bulldogs Basketball VS. Utah State

3/4/2007 Fresno For the bulldogs visiting Utah State, Steve Cleveland's team had lost four of six coming in.

Conference player of the year candidate Jaycee Carroll paced the Aggies in the first half as Utah State built a 19-pt lead.

Kevin bell kept the Dogs alive as Fresno State finished the first half on a 20-11 run. But that's as close as Fresno State would get. Utah State was able to push its lead back up to double-digits in the closing minutes.

Kevin Bell's career high 31 points were not enough as Fresno State falls 79-66 on the road.

The bulldogs will close out the regular season Saturday at home against Nevada before next week's conference postseason tournament
