Fresno County Sheriff Deputies recovered a stolen car from the home invasion of a retired judge. Deputies found the car this morning but did not reveal the location.

The suspects took the car from this Northwest Fresno home near Alluvial and Marks Monday night.

Sheriff's officials say the elderly couple answered a knock at the door and two armed men stormed inside.

The suspects took cash, jewelry and two hand guns.

Action news has learned the victim is the Honorable Robert Martin, a retired Fifth District Court of Appeals Judge.

Sheriff's officials say the robbers were wearing dark clothing and hid their faces behind bandanas.
