The half million square foot facility would have a two hundred room hotel, three restaurants and six bars. But many neighbors aren't happy about the development and the traffic congestion.
A public hearing is being held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday March 12th at Hatfield Hall at the Madera Fairgrounds.
