Devastated family members say Khaimov was on the ground, bleeding and crying for help for over an hour before someone finally called 911.
"Nobody's blaming anybody, but everybody has to wake up at some point and stand up for one another and stop caring about one's own well-being," said the victim's niece Angela Ibragimova.
