Police said Donny Crisler looked at the images last week at the Lindsay library. Officers later found dozens of images of child pornography at Crisler's house.
Crisler was in court yesterday to determine if he'll go to prison for possessing the images. Crisler's attorney is looking into whether his client is mentally capable to stand trial.
Brenda Biesterfeld called her supervisor who told her to give the man a warning but she called police anyway.
