Two arraigned for shooting 6-year-old

Two men charged with shooting a six-year-old boy in the head are scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning.Ernesto Murillo and Ismael Torres are accused of shooting into an SUV in Harbor Gateway earlier this month, critically injuring Levareay Elzy.

Both men are tied to a Latino street gang.

They face nine felony counts.

Some of those include gang enhancements, which could add another 10 years if Murillo and Torres are convicted.
