Investigators say Tello took home a professional racing bicycle that was supposed to be held at the police station until someone claimed it.
Tulare PD Employee Accused of Grand Theft
Tulare, CA Roy Tello Junior is on paid leave according to the department. He was arrested Wednesday in connection with a stolen bike worth about three-thousand dollars. Tello is a Community Services Officer which is a non-sworn position with the department.
