These are pictures taken at the scene Thursday night. Investigators identify the victim as 26 year old Noe Torrez Garcia. Garcia was taken to Kaweah Delta District Hospital with gunshot wounds on his chest.
He died there a short time later. The suspect, 22 year old Roberto Teran has been arrested and booked for the crime. Visalia police are continuing to investigate.
