The victim's mother sobbed as she clutched a picture of her son Alberto Torres outside the courtroom in Madera. She demanded swift justice.
During Monday's hearing, the suspects learned the case against them is moving forward.
Alberto Torres was killed on January 19th at the Chowchilla dairy barn. Pictures captured inside the barn shortly after the shooting show two men, one of them wearing a multi-colored sweatshirt.
A viewer who saw the video helped police track down the suspects.
