Abdullah's Trial May Move out of Fresno

5/13/2008 Fresno, CA The defense said with all the publicity surrounding Abdullah's trial last month, they may file a change of venue motion.

A judge declared a mistrial in April because jurors couldn't agree on a verdict.

The 26-year-old's legal team admitted he shot and killed Fresno County Deputy Erik Telen in 2001; but the defense claims Abdullah was insane at the time.

Abdullah is scheduled to go to trial again in august.
