Man Accused of Manslaughter Changes Plea

The driver arrested for hitting and killing a toddler on Easter Sunday has changed his not guilty plea.Stephen Watson switched his plea to no contest, and prosecutors agreed to drop 2 of the charges against him.

His blood alcohol level was nearly 4 times the legal limit at the time of the accident that killed four year old Elias Pico. The little boy died when his family's car was allegedly hit by Watson's pick-up truck.

The family was on their way to an Easter egg hunt when the accident happened.

Watson is scheduled to be sentenced on manslaughter and DUI charges in July.
