Accused Hit & Run Driver Changes Plea

The driver arrested for hitting and killing a toddler on Easter Sunday has changed his "not guilty" pleaStephen Watson switched his plea to "no contest" and prosecutors agreed to drop two of the charges against him.

Officers claim his blood alcohol level was nearly four times the legal limit at the time of the accident that killed four-year-old Elias Pico. The little boy died when Watson's pick-up hit their car.

The family was on their way to an Easter egg hunt.

Watson is scheduled to be sentenced on manslaughter and D.U.I. charges in July.
