Sciaroni said he had to give one of those women a breast exam for her safety. "We want to make sure this patient is an adequate surgery candidate especially for an elective procedure which for an elective procedure which a bunion surgery is... It is elective not life threatening," he testified.
Sciaroni retakes the witness stand Thursday morning.
If convicted he could lose his medical license and be sent to prison.
