The 38th annual L.A. Pride Parade is just about to get underway. More than 400,000 people are expected to line Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood for the big event.

It starts at eleven Sunday morning at Crescent Hights, then it heads west to Robertson Boulevard.

The parade celebrates the local lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.

It will feature more than 125 entries, including floats, bands, marching community advocacy groups and convertibles with honored guests, including the mayor.

The parade is part of the three-day la pride celebration, which began Friday.
