Police think the shooting is linked to gangs. They say 10 to 15 men had an argument with the victim. Investigators said at least four of the men had weapons, but only one of them shot the victim in the head.
A gang task force and homicide investigators came to the scene, while other officers collected evidence and went door-to-door asking neighbors if they saw or heard anything.
