The jury had been deliberating since Wednesday. Late Friday afternoon they told the judge they had reached a guilty verdict on two lesser charges but were deadlocked on the most serious charges. That's when the judge declared a mistrial.
Roger Guzman was arrested for hit and run stemming from an accident back in 2006 on Shaver Lake. Dallen McEntire had been wakeboarding when a boat struck and severely injured him.
