Calif. health insurers agree to pay millions

Two of California's biggest health insurers have agreed to pay millions and reinstate more than 2,000 policies as part of a settlement with the state.Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of California were accused of illegally dropping policy holders from coverage.

The insurers will now have to reimburse those patients for any outstanding medical debts that resulted from loss of insurance.

Both companies deny any wrongdoing.
