Levesque claimed she got fired for complaining about a hostile atmosphere under the team's coach, Ray Lopes.
Along with the cash, she'll also get a retirement package and a new job in the university's housing department.
It's the fifth discrimination settlement or jury award for Fresno State, in less than a year.
