Police said 52-year old donna pottorff (pot-orf) was drunk when she drifted across the center line and hit another vehicle head on. Chou Her was killed in the accident. Her husband Chatia suffered critical injuries.
Pottorff faces several charges, including gross vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence.
