The dropping prices are nice, but if you compare prices to last year, it doesn't look as good. Fresno was averaging $3 a gallon just a year ago. Merced was averaging $3.03 a gallon and Visalia was also at $3.03 a gallon, so they're all up more than a dollar over this time last year.
