Deputies said 20-year-old Brandon Latham demanded the victim's keys, and then assaulted him outside a home on West Date Avenue.
According to Sheriff's Deputies, Latham took the victim's brown, 1994 Ford Taurus. It's a four-door with license plate number 5-R-O-T-1-2-3.
