Police said a man in a Camaro crashed through two barricades forcing vendors, customers and a reserve officer to jump out of the way.
A surveillance camera captured images as he sped away on Clovis Avenue. The Camaro hit the back end of a silver car that was trying to turn.
The suspect got away.
