Police say Morse was wearing a toga Friday night when he got into a confrontation with a man outside the Save Mart located at Olive and G Street in Merced.
The victim suffered deep gashes to his arms.
Police found Morse at a home nearby where a toga party was happening. They also found the knife hidden in some bushes outside the home.
