Memorial Service for Fresno Teacher

Fresno, CA, USA Thursday, students and fellow teachers at Roosevelt High School posted cards and letters in memory of 59-year-old Mary Stephens. She was killed on Monday, when the scooter she was riding was hit by at car that police say ran a red light at First and Sierra.

The funeral for Stephens will be held tomorrow at Wesley United Methodist Church at two o'clock. The church is located on Barstow Avenue between First and Cedar.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Mary Stephen's name to Fresno State's Bulldog Foundation.
