One hundred entrepreneurs in all submitted their "next big idea" for the challenge called "Start It Up."
Raygoza's e-commerce service beat out the rest. "It's just one step at a time... Staying true to the course, not giving up... We have a solution that really works."
Raygoza's business is called Vine Global Solutions. He says it's revolutionized how businesses come together in the global market. He thinks his business is especially useful in the slowing economy since more retailers are now looking to international markets for business.
The City of Fresno is looking for more sponsors to help get the other nine entrepreneurs' businesses off the ground as well.
