Rigon worked as a youth group leader at Kingdom Christ Ministry for two years. The ministry is a teen church group run through the Seventh Day Adventist Fil-Am Church in Fresno. Police say Rigon took advantage of his position as a leader.
Janet Stoll-Lee of the Clovis Police Dept. said, "They're not real real young, but nonetheless, this is something that will scar them for life."
Police say the incidents happened this summer after Rigon left the church group. Clovis police are concerned there may be more victims.
