Governor Schwarzenegger Tours Fire Damage

Fresno, CA, USA Thursday morning the Governor signed an executive order to waive fees and assist in recovery efforts for fire victims in Los Angeles, Ventura and San Bernardino counties. He's already declared a state of emergency in each of those counties.

Calmer winds are giving firefighters the break they need to make progress against four wildfires in southern California.

Wednesday, officials lifted the last of the evacuation orders for residents near the "Sesnon Fire" and the "Marek Fire" at opposite ends of the San Fernando Valley.
