Former Hanford City Manager: Charges Dropped

Fresno, CA, USA Jan Reynolds had been accused of lying under oath about an employment contract to a grand jury back in 2005. Now, state prosecutors have dismissed all felony perjury charges, saying they could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
