The warning from the consumer product safety commission affects the 2007 lines of baby clothes by "Carter's".
It affects only those items with a tag-less label seen here. The company says a chemical in the ink used to paint the labels causes a rare skin reaction in some children.
The clothes were sold at Carter's Outlet Stores and some department stores across the country.
