Al Perry, Central California Health Care System, says "My heart just explodes on this. At the VA, we're proud to honor veterans. We want this to be a sanctuary for veterans and this is just one more great monument."
The hospital is pretty much surrounded with memorials now. It already featured tributes to Vietnam and Pearl Harbor.
