Tulare police say she originally reported Friday night that two masked men broke into her home, tied her up, and took her 3-year-old daughter.
Investigators found Ramirez's car in a nearby orchard and the little girl was inside, with her hands and feet tied. She told police that her mother was the one who tied her up. That's when police arrested Ramirez.
