What was supposed to be a peaceful sit in on the front lawn of Fresno's City Hall has turned into a raucous event.
More than a dozen high school and college age young adults are now blocking the entrance to the first floor of city hall preventing anyone from getting in. Two girls have actually handcuffed themselves to the door.
Fresno Police are standing across the street keeping a close eye on the increasingly rowdy group. I saw at least 3 people being blocked from entering city hall.
